I’ve just returned from setting up the WLG Pop Up Restaurant in Melbourne for Positively Wellington Tourism. What a wonderful project to be part of! We had a very quick turn around time – about 3 weeks to design, secure and ship and 4 days to execute – but I’m very happy with the results. The brief was to showcase Marlborough, Wellington, Martinborough and the Hawkes Bay regions so the interior is a combination of Cuba Street cool and the raw beauty of the wine regions.
